Modern iPhones (XS through 16 Pro) use a sandwiched double-decker logic board. When severe drops fracture the internal interposer connections between layers, most shops refuse the job. We split the upper and lower boards at precise thermal increments, clear the BGA grid, and manually reball every pad before rejoining โ no full board swap needed.
Micro-Trace Re-Routing
The Audio IC fault (no sound, grayed-out speaker) and Touch Disease (grey flickering bar, unresponsive touch) are caused by broken micro-traces under the control IC โ not the component itself. We lift the chip, reconstruct the trace under 45ร optics with 0.1mm wire jumpers, and reball back to spec. Fix rate: over 90% on first attempt.
